Roof replacement, repair and storm damage in South Lebanon, Ohio
American Roofing Technologies replaces and repairs roofs across South Lebanon, Loveland, Maineville and Wilmington. We tear every old roof down to the deck, fix the rotted wood we find, and meet your insurance adjuster on storm claims. Owner Adrian Fee is a third-generation roofer. The inspection is free.
Roofing is our trade. Siding and gutters come with it, because a storm that takes shingles usually takes more than shingles. Homes and commercial buildings both.
No. 01
Roofing
Full replacements and repairs. On a replacement we strip the old roof to the bare deck so nothing rotten gets covered up.
The same five steps whether it's a storm claim or a roof that's just old. You know what's coming before anyone climbs a ladder.
1
Free inspection
We go over the whole roof, write up what we find, and tell you straight if it's a repair or a replacement.
2
Adjuster meeting, if it's a claim
If storm damage is there, we meet your insurance adjuster on the roof and point out every spot so nothing gets missed.
3
Written estimate and contract
Everything on paper before work starts. Then we schedule a day that works for you and get the materials delivered.
4
Full tear-off and install
Old roof comes off down to the deck. Rotted wood gets replaced. New soldered flashings and shingles go on to the manufacturer's specs.
5
Cleanup
We clean up the whole work area before we leave. The job isn't done until you're happy with it.
New shingles and ridge vent on a replacement job.
Not sure your damage is bad enough to file? That's what the free inspection answers. If it's cosmetic, we'll tell you.

03 About us
A roofing family, three generations in
Adrian Fee learned roofing from his father and his uncle. He spent years working for another local roofing company, then started American Roofing Technologies in 2014 to run jobs his own way.
That way is simple. The old roof comes all the way off, down to the bare deck, so rotted wood gets fixed instead of covered. New flashing gets soldered in. We also fix a lot of problems other roofing companies left behind, and most leaks we're called for trace back to flashing.
We're based on Mason-Morrow-Millgrove Road in South Lebanon. Adrian, his wife and their three sons are active in their church and community here, so the roof on your house is a roof in our own neighborhood.

Is my storm damage bad enough for an insurance claim?
That's what the free inspection answers. We show you what we found. If it's cosmetic, we tell you so.
Will you deal with my insurance adjuster?
Yes. We meet the adjuster on your roof and walk it together, so every damaged spot is on the claim. You're not left translating it alone.
Do you only do roofs, or siding and gutters too?
Roofing is the core of what we do. We also replace siding and install seamless, box and ogee gutters, often on the same job as the roof.
Are you insured?
Yes, we're insured.
Can I finance a new roof?
Yes, we offer homeowner financing. We also take all major credit cards, Cash App, Venmo and PayPal.
Do you have a military discount?
Yes. Veterans and service members get 5% off, and so do police, firefighters and teachers.
