No. 04 · RemodelsNew circuits that respect the old house.
A remodel is two jobs: the new work, and everything the new work touches. A kitchen with six new appliance circuits doesn't help if the panel behind it is full. We look at both before we quote.
Where remodels go wrong
Usually capacity. Somebody adds a kitchen, a basement bar, and a hot tub to a panel that was full in 1994. It works right up until it doesn't. We check the load first and tell you if the panel needs to come first.
Working in a lived-in house
We keep the rest of the house powered while we work, clean up daily, and don't leave open boxes where your kids are.
