Your site doesn't sell what you sell.

You're a state certified general contractor with a 5.0 rating and a flyer that promises the whole backyard. Your website is a brochure that can't be called from a phone. Here's the plan to fix it.

What I found

I went through kosolutionsfl.com on September 2. These are measurements, not opinions.

  • 8 of 9

Pages with no tappable phone number

Your number is plain text in the footer. A guy in his backyard has to memorize it.
  • 46-90

    Words on each service page

Google needs a few hundred to rank you for pool cages, rescreens, lanais or gutters.
  • 1

City named on the whole site

Cape Coral only, while Fort Myers, Estero and Bonita neighbors ask for you on Nextdoor.
  • 2

Services on your flyer that aren't on your site

Louvered pergolas and pavers. You're paying to advertise work your site doesn't sell.
  • 0

    Reviews shown on your site

5.0 on Angi and 100% on Facebook, doing nothing for you.
  • 0

    Analytics installed

No tracking of any kind, so nobody can tell you what the site is doing.

What I'll build

  • A new site built for a phone first. Tappable number in the header, in the footer, and above the fold on every page.
  • Seven service pages: pool cages, rescreening and storm repair, lanais and Florida rooms, insulated aluminum roofs, seamless gutters with soffit and fascia, glass, cable and aluminum railings, siding and cladding. Each one written to rank, using your photos.
  • Two city pages, named in writing: Cape Coral and Fort Myers. More cities are $200 a month each.
  • Pergolas and pavers get their own pages as soon as you send me photos of that work.
  • Your real reviews on the site, plus automated review requests after each job so the count keeps climbing.
  • A lead form that texts and emails you the second someone fills it out. Every lead lands in a dashboard so you can see where it came from.
  • Google Business Profile setup or cleanup, with your license, service area and photos on it.
  • LocalBusiness schema carrying your CGC number, so Google knows what you are and where you work.
  • Eight blog posts a month answering what Southwest Florida homeowners actually ask. Cage cost. Rescreen or replace. What to do after a storm.
  • Monthly rank tracking and a Search Console report. Two hours of site edits a month included.
  • One aluminum contractor per service area. If you're my Cape Coral cage guy, I don't take another one.

See it before you decide

I already built the demo. Your photos, your reviews, your logo. The phone number on it is mine until you sign, then it's yours.

What happens after you say yes

  1. Same day, you get two things

A deposit link, and a welcome email with your intake link. That's it. No kickoff call, no discovery deck.

  2. You fill out the intake, about ten minutes

Five steps at techdadmedia.com/intake. You, your locations, your services, your proof, then a review screen. It saves as you go, so you can stop in the middle of a job and pick it back up. There's a button to email yourself the link.

  3. You give me access, never a password

You add will@techdadmedia.com as a manager on your domain and your Google Business Profile. I never ask for a password. Step by step at techdadmedia.com/domain-walkthrough.

  4. I build it

Live about two weeks after I have the intake and the access. Not two weeks from the payment. If the access takes you a month, the clock starts when it lands, and I'll tell you that up front so it isn't a surprise.

  5. You go live and start seeing leads

Every lead is texted and emailed to you the second it comes in. You get a dashboard login that shows each one and where it came from. Review requests start going out after jobs. First monthly report lands a month after launch.

The deal

To start$1,500
Then monthly$749

Monthly covers hosting, SSL, daily backups, security, the lead dashboard, review automation, Google Business Profile management, eight posts a month, rank reports, and two hours of edits.

Six months up front$4,269.30
Full year up front$8,239

The year is eleven months for twelve. Neither one is required.

Terms

Three-month minimum, then month to month. No annual contract.

You own everything. The domain, the content, the site, the Google profile, the lead data. If you ever leave, you take all of it with you and I hand over the files. Nothing is held hostage.

Full terms at techdadmedia.com/terms.

Next step

Reply yes and I'll send the deposit link and start the same day.
