Torn panels, rusted screws, a bent corner after a blow. Fixed by a state certified GC who shows up.
Get it holding up again
You know the look. A panel flapping after last night's wind. Screws gone orange from the salt air. A whole side ripped out after Ian and a cage that's been "getting to it" ever since. Neighbors on Nextdoor ask for the same thing every week: "new screws in my cage over the pool instead of the rusted ones," "a guy to replace a screen in my lanai cage." Someone who'll actually show up.
K.O. Solutions FL rescreens and repairs pool cages and lanais across Cape Coral and Fort Myers under Florida certified general contractor license CGC1541506. Look it up. Then call Josh. He comes out, walks the cage with you, and gives you one straightforward price with no hidden fees. The estimate is free.
Storm repair is more than screen. Wind twists frame members, pulls anchors, and shears the screws that hold the whole thing together. We check the structure first, then the hardware, then the panels. You get a cage that's holding up, not a patch that lets go in the next blow.
What we do

- Lanai and entry enclosure rescreens
One panel or the whole cage. We'll tell you which.
Not every torn screen needs a full rescreen. If the rest of the mesh is tight and the frame is sound, Josh will say so and replace the panel. If the mesh is brittle everywhere and the screws are rusted through, a full rescreen with new fasteners is the honest answer. He'll show you the difference on your own cage, not in a brochure.
One more thing. A neighbor on Nextdoor had another company stall on her screen work for two months. Josh went out and finished it for free. That's not a policy. It's just how he works. We won't promise you the same thing. We will show up.
The cage at the top of this page is one of ours, a white cage after full restoration, inside and out. Every photo below is a real yard in Southwest Florida.
Rescreen and storm repair questions
The storm tore up my cage. Do I need a whole new one?
Usually not. Most storm damage is panels, screws and one or two bent members. Josh looks at the frame first. If it's sound, it's a repair. If it's done, he'll show you why on your own cage.
Can you just replace the rusted screws?
Yes. Rusted fasteners are the most common call we get from Cape Coral and Fort Myers. We swap them out, check the panels while we're up there, and tell you if anything else needs attention.
How fast can you get out here after a storm?
Call. Josh will tell you straight where you are in line and when he can be there. No promises he can't keep. Ask about our warranty on the repair while you're on the phone.
